rpp888 may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require a Member to complete a KYC verification process. This process may require submission of one or more of the following: a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP or passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit funds. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is completed to rpp888's satisfaction.

Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, Bonus Funds credited to a Member's account must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. rpp888 actively monitors account activity for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, hedging bets to circumvent wagering requirements, placing low-risk bets to deplete wagering requirements without genuine betting intent, or colluding with other Members. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings forfeited, and the accounts may be permanently closed.

These rules govern bet settlement, void conditions, abandoned event procedures, and the handling of postponed fixtures. rpp888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment arising from the use of or inability to use the rpp888 platform.
rpp888 shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms & Conditions to the extent that such failure is caused by a Force Majeure event. rpp888 will use reasonable endeavors to restore Services as soon as practicable following a Force Majeure event and will communicate the status of any significant outage to Members via the rpp888 platform.
rpp888 reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Member's account at any time and without prior notice where rpp888 has reasonable grounds to believe that: the Member has breached these Terms & Conditions; the Member has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; the Member's account is being accessed by an unauthorized third party; or KYC verification has not been completed within the required timeframe.
rpp888 may permanently close a Member's account where the Member has materially breached these Terms & Conditions, including engaging in any Prohibited Conduct listed in Clause 7. Upon permanent closure for cause, rpp888 reserves the right to forfeit any account balance in accordance with applicable law.
A Member may request the closure of their rpp888 account at any time by contacting rpp888 customer support via live chat. All pending wagers will be settled prior to final account closure. Remaining Real Money Funds will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the customer support process within 30 calendar days of submission, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules. Members acknowledge that their use of rpp888 may be subject to the laws of their country of residence or domicile, including Indonesia, and accept sole responsibility for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.
